How To: Peach Bellini

In 1948 the Bellini was invented by Giuseppe Cipriana of Italy, he owned and operated Harry’s Bar in Venice which was at that time probably the most famous bar in the world. Try your hand at this perfect summer time drink!

INGREDIENTS

1oz Vodka

1.5 oz Peach Puree

Champagne

DIRECTIONS

Make your peach puree. Peel 3-4 ripe peaches and puree in blender, use simple syrup to desired consistency.

Use shaker and shake puree and vodka, add to cocktail / martini glass top with champagne
